R Management is a boutique talent agency run by Rachel Sargent and Rob Bannon. Both agents have almost two decades within the professional theatre industry as both performers and creatives.
Our vision and values are based upon our lived experience whilst working in the industry, and that’s why we believe that great representation starts with genuine relationships.
We are a dedicated talent agency representing performers across theatre, television and film, and we take pride in offering thoughtful, hands-on support to every individual we represent. Our approach is personal, collaborative and built on trust. We take the time to understand each client’s strengths and ambitions so we can guide their careers with care and purpose.
The entertainment industry can be fast-moving and competitive, but we believe talent should always feel supported, respected and confidently represented. We work closely with casting directors, producers and creatives to secure meaningful opportunities, while providing honest advice, clear communication and strong advocacy every step of the way.

The Team
RACHEL SARGENT - HEAD AGENT
Rachel Trained at Laine Theatre Arts and after enjoying many years of performing on stage from workshop productions to London West End Smash hits such as Mamma Mia Playing Lisa and Hairspray cover Tracy, Rachel has become more invested in the more creative side of the industry and has built a steady choreography and direction CV over recent years and is Industry lead at The Hammond in Chester.
Most notably Rachel choreographed the Award winning film of ‘In Pieces’, Which she then went on to develop as a live production at the Turbine theatre London. After returning from choreographing and directing the shows on MSC Lirica and MSC Armonia last in the year she went on to direct the shows in Lapland Uk before returning home to choreograph Panto again for Imagine in Venue Cymru. Rachel Is currently Choreographing the new Musical Film ‘Moment By Moment’ to be released later this year.
ROB BANNON - HEAD AGENT
Rob trained in Music at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
With over 15 years as a musical director, vocal coach and pianist some of his credits include; Cinderella (UK Productions, Grand Opera House, York), Moment By Moment (West End workshop and musical film), Wicked (Australian National Tour), A Night with Kristen Chenoweth (Palladium) A Chorus Line (The Lowry), Peter Pan The Musical Adventure (The Lowry), Blood Brothers (UK Tour), Beauty and the Beast (UK Tour), Tori Scott (UK Tour), Violet (ArtsEd), Soho Cinders (ArtsEd), Parade (Birmingham Rep), Spend Spend Spend (Birmingham Rep), Betty Blue Eyes (Birmingham Rep), Spring Awakening (Birmingham Rep), Just So (Birmingham Rep), Les Miserables (West End), Lion King (West End, UK Tour), Grand Opening of The Old Rep, Elegies for Angels (Birmingham Rep), Amelie, Merrily We Roll Along, Our House, Little Women, Calamity Jane, BBC Proms (Royal Albert Hall), Graduate Showcases for ArtsEd, The Arden, Italia Conti, Urdang, The Hammond and various cabaret and one night performances. Rob is currently musical supervisor and MD for Moment By Moment - a new musical film due to be released in 2026.
Alongside musically directing, Rob has worked as an MD, repertoire and vocal coach at ArtsEd, Italia Conti, GSA, Mountview and Urdang.
