About Us
R Management is a boutique talent agency founded and run by Rob Bannon and Rachel Sargent. Rob and Rachel between them, have almost two decades within the professional theatre industry as both performers and creatives.
Our vision and values are based upon our lived experience whilst working in the industry, and that’s why we believe that great representation starts with genuine relationships.
We are a dedicated talent agency representing performers across theatre, television and film, and we take pride in offering thoughtful, hands-on support to every individual we represent. Our approach is personal, collaborative and built on trust. We take the time to understand each client’s strengths and ambitions so we can guide their careers with care and purpose.
The entertainment industry can be fast-moving and competitive, but we believe talent should always feel supported, respected and confidently represented. We work closely with casting directors, producers and creatives to secure meaningful opportunities, while providing honest advice, clear communication and strong advocacy every step of the way.
For us, representation is not just about auditions and contracts - it’s about building personal relationships with our clients, creating sustainable careers and celebrating the unique qualities that make each of our clients stand out.

Rachel is particularly passionate about supporting less experienced performers and recent graduates as they begin their professional careers. Alongside representation, she offers guidance with audition technique, self-tapes, showreels and professional development, helping clients build the confidence and tools needed to navigate the industry.
